Whether through endurance sports, business ventures, education, publishing, or digital platforms, my mission remains the same; build environments where people can grow, collaborate, thrive and pursue excellence without distraction or division.

All websites, brands, platforms, communications, events, and digital properties connected to Eric Steele, Epic Ultras LLC, or EJS Ventures LLC are intentionally mission-focused, inclusive, and grounded in basic human respect. Individuals from every background, belief system, identity, and walk of life are welcome, regardless of race, creed, color, religion, political affiliation, gender identity, orientation, or personal philosophy.

My goal is simple and straight-forward; to create, nurture and maintain spaces where individuals are judged by their character, conduct, and contribution, not by labels or ideological alignment.


Policy Statement

To protect the integrity of the ecosystem and maintain environments built on respect and shared purpose, all Eric Steele–related properties operate as non-political, non-religious, and non-ideological platforms.

These environments are not venues for political campaigning, religious persuasion, culture-war debates, gender arguments, or ideological activism. Content, conduct, or messaging that introduces division, hostility, discrimination, harassment, or attempts to recruit or persuade others toward political or religious agendas may be removed at any time.

This standard exists to uphold basic civil respect and psychological safety across the community. The intention is not censorship, it is focus. My work here centers on endurance, leadership, business building, personal growth, and constructive collaboration.

Participation across any platform connected to Eric Steele implies agreement with this standard. Access, participation, or services may be limited or refused when behavior undermines a respectful, neutral, and mission-driven environment.
